• Disclaimer of Liability. The t-shirt shop is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the t-shirt shop website or any of the products or services offered on the website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

• Limitation of Liability. The t-shirt shop's liability for any damages shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the products or services purchased on the website.

• Indemnification. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the t-shirt shop from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the customer's use of the t-shirt shop website or any of the products or services offered on the website.
